This 12 week program provides you with all of the tools you will require to modify your lifestyle for improved health and weight loss. This 12 week course is held weekly, for an hour and covers topics such as the roles of exercise and hormones in weight loss; tips for shopping, cooking, and behaviour modification; and how to create long term success.
